All of our weekly programs are developed collaboratively, and are always focused on interactive conversations, skill building and having fun. 

An 11 week professional development program for community center staff

This program has been implemented across community centers in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The main focus is to build up evidence-based knowledge, meaningful support strategies, and effective communication skills among community center staff members. 

A 12 week virtual program on eating disorders

This course was developed to empower loved ones, teachers, coaches and other professionals to identify the warning signs of an eating disorder, learn how to effectively communicate with someone struggling and know how to provide evidence-based support. 

An 8 week course on stress management and communication for parents

This course is designed to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to support themselves and their children during stressful times. 

Stress is a normal part of life that we can learn to embrace rather than fear. In this course, parents learn how to support themelves and their children in navigating stress. The course emphasizes practical skills, communication strategies and interactive conversations.

An 8 week course on stress management and communication for high school students

This course is designed to support high school students in better managing the multitudes of stress that they may experience, including academic, social, family and athletic stress. The course intends to empower students with evidence-based coping skills, practical tools and interactive conversations. 

The homework assignments help the students integrate the strategies into their lives beyong the duration of the course.
