Mind Blossom’s Blog

In our blog, we talk about real experiences and dig into the science behind them. We discuss anonymized case stories of students and children struggling with mental health, recount our own stories with mental illness, and observe and reflect on recent news stories that concern mental illness.

Our blogs stand out by bringing personal experiences together with expert insights. Based on psychology and neuroscience, we explain what might have accounted for a person’s mental health challenges, and we give recommendations on best practices and resources.

We always welcome case stories from our audience that we can offer our expert insights on. Submit the story you wish to receive expert insights on to info@mindblossom.org. If your story is selected, we will contact you before the publication of the blog.
