Mindful walking

Labyrinths

Many cities have labyrinths available to walk, often in parks, hospitals, or on the grounds of religious centers, and almost always for free! Mindfulness through walking the labyrinth is a time-honored way to dive deeper into our own personal processes and sets the stage for new perspectives and realizations.   You can Google labyrinths in your town or city, as well as dive into online resources about the holy nature of tuning into your consciousness, ‘unwinding’ your mind, and drawing closer to the sacred through weaving the maze.
